Sustainability is at the heart of what we do at Creag Creek Farm. We utilize eco-friendly farming methods that protect our natural resources, ensuring that future generations can enjoy the beauty and bounty of North Carolina's land. Creag Creek Farms is a high elevation working farm with a cabin (sleeps up to 7), barn with hayloft and tent sites for rent by individuals and small groups. Located at 3,500 feet in elevation on west flank of Roan Mountain.
Creag Creek Farm believes in the power of community. We host regular workshops and farm tours to educate visitors about the beauty of Roan Mountain. Creag Creek Farm is owned by Andy and Joyce Brown and their daughters Savanna and Addie. Andy's day job is with the Appalachian Resource Conservation and Development Council. On the weekends he grows Christmas trees and apples and chops a lot of wood with the help of his family and friends.
